The Francis Kobty Hospitality Scholarship
Established by the Kobty family in partnership with the Travel & Sports Legacy Foundation in memory of Francis “The Prince” Kobty, founder of the Prince Lebanese Grill. Francis lived his life with a strong sense of family, community, and hospitality. Prince Lebanese was not just a restaurant; it was the culmination of The American Dream.
The Kobty family wishes to honor “The Prince’s” legacy by offering a Culinary Arts Scholarship to homegrown talent from Arlington Independent School District (A.I.S.D.) and Mansfield Independent School District (M.I.S.D.) to help a student annually reach his/her goals at Tarrant County College. The family will award one scholarship annually to a TCC Culinary Arts student. The full scholarship will cover tuition, books, and support materials. Aziz Kobty will serve as a mentor to the student.
